By accessing or using the Kingdom Collective Group Mobile Hotspot program website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Kingdom Collective Group ("KCG," "we," "us," or "our") operates a decentralized Mobile Hotspot program that allows commercial location owners to host secure hotspots and earn passive income through revenue sharing arrangements.
The program involves the installation and operation of Mobile Hotspot equipment at qualifying commercial locations. Revenue is generated through network usage and shared with participating location owners according to agreed-upon terms.
To participate in the KCG Mobile Hotspot program, you must:
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. KCG reserves the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion based on location suitability, technical requirements, and program capacity.
Approved participants will receive a separate installation agreement detailing specific terms, revenue sharing percentages, equipment responsibilities, and operational requirements.
KCG will provide, install, and maintain all necessary hotspot equipment at no cost to approved participants. The equipment remains the property of KCG at all times.
Participants agree to provide reasonable access to the location for installation, maintenance, and equipment retrieval. Participants must not tamper with, modify, or relocate equipment without prior written authorization from KCG.
Revenue sharing terms will be specified in individual installation agreements. Payment schedules, minimum payout thresholds, and payment methods will be communicated to approved participants.
KCG reserves the right to adjust revenue sharing structures with reasonable notice to participants. Continued participation after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
Participants may refer other businesses to the program. Referral bonuses, if applicable, will be paid according to the referral program terms in effect at the time of referral. KCG reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
Either party may terminate participation in the program with written notice as specified in the installation agreement. Upon termination, KCG will remove all equipment within a reasonable timeframe.
KCG reserves the right to immediately terminate participation for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or if the location no longer meets program requirements.
KCG maintains insurance coverage for installed equipment and network operations. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless KCG from claims arising from the participant's negligence or misuse of equipment.
KCG is not responsible for disruptions to the participant's existing internet service or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from program participation.
Network usage data is collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. KCG does not monitor, collect, or store personal information of end users accessing the hotspot network beyond what is necessary for network operation and security.
KCG reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active participants via email. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
